unusual Oklahoma organization
more than 1200 volunteers of many
nations -- Saudi Arabia Argentina
Canada Venzuela South Korea
Columbia Lebanon Germany Iraq
Mexico Jordan Japan Holland
Cuba England and others -- many
creeds -- Moslem Christian Cath-
olic and Protestant Jewish IIindu
Buddhist -- all freely contribute
toward presenting this Pageant of
'Peace
An ironical note is struck by the
roar of war cannons that must echo
throughout the preparations for this
magnificent monument to the Prince
of Peace -- only a few miles south-
west of Holy City lies one of the
nation's great artillery fields tort

authority and mandatory requtre-
ment of 68 OS 1951 Sections 432
and 432p inclusive each of the here-
inafter described lots tracts and
parcels of real estate all situated in
Texas County State of Oklahoma
will be sold at public auction to the
highest competitive bidder for cash
provided that for each parcel or
tract other than vacant lots located
In any city or towns or in any
addition to a city or town the b:dder
offers a sum equal to or greater than
two-thirds of the assessed valuation
of such real estate as fixed for the
current fiscal year 1956-57 or the
total amount of taxes ad valorem
and special penalties interest and
costs legally due on such property
computed to and as of May 131957
which ever is the lesser: said sale to
be held at the office of the County
Treasurer in the Court House at the
County Seat of Texas County State
of Oklahoma beginning on the
second Monday in May 1957 be-
tween the hours of 9:CO All and
4:00 PM and continuing from day
to day thereafter between the same
hours until said sale has been com-
pleted according to law
