Township-range grid map for a portion of Oklahoma with handwritten markings denoting the boundaries of Garvin Murray Soil Conservation District number 03, with additional notations for Washita River and neighboring counties. The district was organized on March 4, 1938 and began operations November 2, 1938, encompassing all lands lying within the boundaries of Garvin and Murray Counties as well as Murray County detached hearing August 28, 1950; referendum September 23, 1950 charter issued October 31, 1950.
