feels the keenest sense of regret at his leavilg cushing
Many avenues and channels of life have felt th in-

Reverend Callan seems to have been better ndo'wed wit the
qualities which go to make for successful cmtact with ne's
fellow man than the average person in this world
He is scholarly business like and ilas an unu ally
pleasing petsonality He brought to the cslling of the in-
istry of the gospel many qualities which would have as red
him a noteworthy success in other lines of endeavor
But those are not his greatest qualities It is a q : litY
of simplicity end humility of spirit which makes him in-
terested in the friendship and problems of the man will is a

Not long ago the writer chanced to meet a
in a town where Rev Callan served before comin

The only Essex point in common with cars in its price
field—is price There is little in either appearance or per-

In size it possesses the advantage of compactness without
sacrifice of passenger quarters or riding comfort It steers
as easily as any car you have ever driven Won't you
examine and drive the Essex whether as a prospective
