Finley Pleads Guilty
J Carl S. Hawley was arraigned before Special District
? Judge Temple Bailey Tuesday on a charge of second degree

Danny E. Finley plead guilty to a charge of obtaining
" merchandise under false pretenses and was fined $25 plus
| court costs and sentenced to 15 days in the county jail.
Donald Leslie Onken plead guilty to a charge of petty
5 larceny and was ordered to pay court costs plus a 60-day
5 sentence in the county jail.
The annual meeting of the United Fund of Jackson County
will be held Thursday at 4 p.m., in the conference room of the
First State Bank.

Trips Announced
WASHINGTON (UPI) — President Nixon will meet with
South Vietnamese President Nguyen Van Thieu and Henry A
Kissinger will visit Hanoi next month to discuss postwar
problems in Southeast Asia, it was disclosed today.
The White House said Kissinger, Nixon’s chief foreign
policy adviser, would go to Hanoi Feb. 10-13 for discussions
with North Vietnamese leaders.

sister, Mrs. Ann Anderson of Richardson, Tex.
Morgan served in the Air Force four years, then did a two-

missing in action in southeast Asia. He served a t Altus Air Force
