NO 1 BUHR WELL
Produces 362 Barrels of Oil
And 700 of Water
The N 1 Bugher 'wildcat well
of W A Delaney Jr and asso-
ciates south of Noble In Cleveland
County was brought back to life
Monday
Its chances of becoming a sub-
stantial producer however still re-
mained imdetermined
fhe well in 24 hours to 7 a rn
today was reported by the com-
pany to have made 362 barrels of
oil anO at the same time 700 bar-
rels of salt water
Some observers believed the water
m:'3t have come from the upper
formation although there still was
a chance it had not been cemented
off from the lower oil producing
formation The well now is bot-
tomed al 7672 feet 10 feet from the
original bottom
Tha past 24-hour flow was re-
ported to have been by heads and
not a steady production although
some inert- ase in gas was indicated
Tomorrow the Corporation Com-
'mission will hear Mr Delaney's ap-
plication for 20-acre spacing in the
!area and if spacing is granted sev-
cral locations probably will be
staked Mr Delaney said he would
seek triangular spacing a new
thing in Oklahoma which is claimed
as a method which will save ex-
penses in deep drilling should the
field develop activity
Thtspite the showing of the No 1
Bugher well in SE SE SW 12-7n-2w
1 it generaly is believed the well as
an "edee" producer has tapped a
pool of undetermined size which
can be learned only by more drill
