possibility of immediately calling
another grand jury.

to seek legislation ruling out a

“We think a special prosecutor
should be called every time a
grand jury convenes.”
Bednar said he and three other
jurors wanted to turn in a “mi-
nority dissenting report," but had
been dissuaded by Judge Carlile.
PERHAPS the most open dis-
* approval of the final report,
as written up, was shown by
juror George E. Moeser, 1505

Moeser declined to enter the dis-
cussion. instead he sat in the
jury box with a legal newspaper

the trouble was relatively mild
