The state supreme court Tues-

permission to discontinue two

and the Texas state line.
in a 6-2-opinion, the court up-
held the corporation commission
which had earlier refused the
company's request to discontinue
the service. The opinion was
based primarily on the court's
decision that train service in the
area is a public necessity.
Recently the court reversed
the commission on a Frisco re-

Discuss Problems
The secretary said it would tska
considerable time for the 7,000

The United States snd Britain an-

they have withdrawn their troops,
Yugoslavia, which lays claim to
Trieste, threatened to march in its
troopsuf Itslisn forces moved in.
