' To the Editor: Oklahoma, like most
states, 1/ cursed with the billboard
nuisance along her highways. Why
any commonwealth should permit
these obstructions to exist is a ques-
tion that never has been satisfac-
torily answered. I do know, however,
that 99 percent of the people are
opposed to them.
Now. If public sentiment on any
other question was paramount as

Tri debut of this talented young American artist as
a prims donna of the Metropolitan Opefa Company
was one of the most notable in musical history. The
remarkable vocal promise which won her this oppor-
tunity at the age of nineteen was gloriously fulfilled.
Critics acclaimed her as one of the greatest coloratura
sopranos of all time. Hear Marion Talley in person,
then go to the nearest Victor dealer and hear "Mignon
—Polonaise—Je Suis Titania" (6715), or any of her
' new records. You will he thrilled and delighted.

Home states allow sixty days visit-

I realize the importance of this
law because I have enfopeed Okla-

is too much confusion. Our automo-
