Threats of assault with a deadly
weapon were reported on Thurs-
day, Feb. 13, in the 900 block of
North 12th in Chickasha by Wayne
Franklin Hubbard. Witnesses cor-
roborated his report. He told Offi-
cer Tom Williams that he had been
having on-going problems with a
particular individual for a long
time.
He said he was in his yard when
the man rode by in a car driven by
his wife, yelling, "I'm going to kill
you" and threw a bottle. The al-
leged assailant's wife stopped the
car, and the man reportedly got out
brandishing a box knife, saying,
"Step out in the road, and I'll kill
you."
The victim said he told the man
to blow it off, and the man told
him, "I'll get you sooner or later, or
when you're not expecting it."
He was advised to get a protec-
tive order.

reported the loss of a number of

a burglary taking place on
Tuesday. Feb. 11.
She told Officer Shanon McClain
that between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.,
the back door of her house was

through drawers and closets and
removed numerous items,
including firearms and jewelry.
