daughter Jimmy Lee of Sapulpa are
spending this week in Chickasha

Mrs. Met Sager was a caller at
the Star office this week. Mrs.
Sager reported that she was 80
years of age ' on Wednesday and
that sbe was- still on the firing
line and going strong." Mrs: Sager
came to Oklahoma over fifty-four
years ago settling near the town1
of Minco. She came to Chickasha
in- 1910 and has been connected
with1 the faculty of the Oklahoma

Floyd Thomas Golden pleaded
guilty to an old charge of reckless

last February when Golden plead-
ed not -guilty but he changed his
plea.
Lieut. William Roy Bell formerly
of Minco has written his wife who
live in Oklahoma City from a
Philippine prison camp. He said he
was in execeller.t health uninjured
and held at Philippine Prison Camp
