Furnishing Had Description
Judge Moore bears the distinc-
tion of furnishing the shortest mar-

accurate descriptions of any other
Judge Linn stated that the woods man in Chickasha In evidence
on the east side were filled with
f:ame and said that when the party
arrived on the scene all the livers
were literally alive with fish but
that after Ouy Huff had cast his
line into the stream a few times
the same were practically depopu-
lated As near as occular evi-
dence goes however Mr Huff do?s
not seem to have caught much be-
of the latter the judge recently
furnished tfie officers at Duncan a
description of a man wanted in
Chickasha for jumping a board bill
and has been buusy ever since dodg
ing one of his own sons The facts
In the case show that the man
wanted decamped and Judge Moore
was called upon in his official ca
pacity to get action on the party
