of Chantilly lace and tulle over
the taffeta The gown was fash-
ioned with a V-shaped bodice with
sleeves tapering to points over
the wrist The floor length tulle
skirt was veiled with lace pan-
niers and appliqued with lace
medallions embroidered with se-
quins and pearls Sequins and
pearls adorned the bodice and
scalloped Sabrina neckline The
bustled skirt back was detailed
with acascade of tulle and scal-
loped lace ruffles
Her illusion veil was held In
place by a large coronet en-
crusted with sequins and pearls
For something old the bride wore
the gold wedding band belong-
ing to her late maternal grand
mother She carried an arrange-
ment of white snowflake roses
and candytuft in a nosegay tied
with white satin streamers
Mrs Jim Longanacre served
as he sister's matron-of-honor Her
champagne dress was fashioned
with a silk chiffon skirt and
the gold knit bodice featured a
scoop neckline and long tanered
sleeves She wore a draped tur-
ban hat of gold with matching
sandals Her bouquet was of
mums and pons in shades of
bronze gold and tangerine
Bridesmaids were Miss Marsha
Tice Miss Sheila Byrd Miss
Mickie Ann Bushv and Miss
Karen Pickett Their dresses
were fashioned with fitted bodices
scooped necklines and full skirts
in various fall colors of tanger-
ine bronze brown and beige
