-Sidney C Mill has been ap-
pointed administrative assistant to
the president and assistant treas-
urer of Winthrop Chemical Com-
pany Inc. Dr. Theodora G.
Klumpp president announced
yesterday (Nov. 21). Mr. Mills
will make his headquarter at the
company's main office 170 Varick
street New York.
Joining Winthrop In MM. Mr.
Milb served as regional man-
ager for the midwest; manager
ef the Atlanta and Chicago di-
visions; assistant division sun-
ager of the St Louis division
- and talesman In the southwest
territory. On Jan. 1 ef thb year
ha came to New York at man-
ager ef tVinthrop's retail Bales
dlvklco.
From 1031 to 1030 Mr. Milb
was associated with The Upjohn
company and from 1023 to 1031
he was in the retail drug busi-
ness at Chickasha.

20 1903 Mr. Milb attended schools
in Chickasha receiving hb Ph.G.
degree in 1923 from the school of
pharmacy. University of Okla-
homa. He is a member of the
American Pharmaceutical associa-
tion. Mr. Milb lives at Manhasset
L. I. with his wife the former
Evelyn Turriff of Sapulpa and
their two sons Sidney Jr. and Don.

follow the precedent too often

dians and violate them.
