■ Purchase of trucks, disposal of equip-
ment discussed
The Grady County Commissioners held a brief Mon
day morning meeting on Oct. 1.
The board began the meeting by approving the
renewal of bond for Paulette Nicholas of Emergency
Management, and then opened a single bid for a pick up
truck for the Grady County Sheriff’s Office. The bid,
from Bryan’s Car Comer in Chickasha, was accepted
on a used pick up in the amount of $13,500.
Then District No. 2 Commissioner Mike Lennier
moved to approve disposing of equipment that was sold
in the McAlester auction that was still on the books.
The motion passed.
