Estimated Oil Demand
For September Down
Washington Aug. 20 VP) The
Bureau of Miiica estimated today
that 3624300 barrels of domestic
crude oil daily would be required
to meet the taarket demand ta
September.
This was 33400 barrels lea then
the estimated daily demand for
August and 104100 barrels less
than the actual demand in Sep-
tember 1930.
The bureau said that forecasts
from exporters indicated this coun-
try would export 3900000 barrels
of crude oil in September com-
pared with 3700000 in August
Officials said the September
domestic demand for motor fual
likely would total 52900000 bar-
rels or 7 per cent more than dur-
ing the same month last year.
