BRIDGETOWN, Bar-
bados (AP) — Presi-
dent Reagan was wind-
ing up the business half
of his working vacation
today with a meeting of
leaders of the eastern
Caribbean, after he ac-
cused Cuba of trying to
undermine democracy
in the region.
The president flew
here from Jamaica,
and was given a warm
airport welcome by a
. crowd of spectators, a
police band and a con-
tingent from the Barba-
dos defense force. A 15-
year-old girl, Denise
Russell, presented a
bouquet to Nancy Rea-
gan.
