Seibert is alleging the ceiling clearance for
the boiler was only two inches, instead of the
36 inch clearance required by Oklahoma law
He also said the safety valve on the boiler did
not have a seal, but was unsure whether oil
boiler valves are required to have seals.

Department of Labor, the federal Occupa

anonymous call to a city boiler inspector,
which resulted in the rejection of a proposed

A former plumber at OU’s Health Sciences
Center has filed a lawsuit in OklahomaCoun-
ty.Court alleging he was fired from his job
because he reported a faulty installation of an
oil boiler at the center
Milan C. Seibert, Del City, is asking for
reinstatement to his job plus $100,000 in lost
pay, $100,000 in actual damages and
$260,000 in punitive damages.
Seibert had worked at the HSC for 11 years
as a journey man plumber before he was fired
Feb 25, 1982. The firing came after Seibert, a
licensed boiler operator and certified welder

• 1 dark chocolate cake mix
• Braum's Egg Nog

• 10 maraschino cherries
• Nutmeg
Prepare cake mix, substituting egg nog for required
liquid (water or milk). Mix 2 minutes on medium
