Butler Drive &S.W. 26th Street
Michelle M. Foy, 20, was contact-
ed by an officer for a traffic violation.
The officer then determined Foy was
driving under the influence, and she
was arrested and taken to the Cleve-
land County Detention Center. She
was later released on a $1,000 bond.

An employee at Ferguson Used
Car lot said a man signed a contract
to buy a car and took the keys. How-
ever, the employee noticed a short
time later the car was still on the lot.
The employee called the man,
who said he would pick up the car.
The car was gone the next morning.
The owner of the car now says
he never received the car.

1200 block of Monnett Street
Michael D. Cornelius, 20, was
arrested after police went to his resi-
dence following a complaint from his
leasing agent.
The leasing agent said several
people were living in the residence
without the agent's permission. Cor-
nelius was the only person at the
residence at the time.
The warrant check found an out-
standing bench warrant for posses-
sion of paraphernalia.
Cornelius was arrested and taken
to the Cleveland County Detention
Center where he is being held on a
$2,000 possession of paraphernalia
bond.
