mailed flyers announcing a wage
withholding program to 40,000 indi-
viduals identified as defaulted bor-
rowers.
OGSLP has since discovered that
an error in computer coding for the
mailing resulted in approximately
10,000 flyers being sent to borrow-
ers who may have already repaid
their defaulted student loans.
OGSLP apologizes for any incon-
venience those individuals may have
experienced from the flier and
encourage anyone with questions
