mends that the erippled children's
commission because ef its “superior
performance " be responsible for the I
development of a comprehensive pro-
gram of medical care for children. It
urges an appropriation to it by the |
legulature to directly match federal

braries, the commission states "existing

with courts and their effect upon
children, the commission comes out
for establishment of a system of juve-
nile or family court* so that case*
sffecting juvenile* can be decided
without the aspect of a legal contest
Recognising the problem created by
the conflicting jurisdictiona exercised
by the various courts in the state at
the present time, the commission calls i
upon the Oklahoma State Bar asso-
ciation to study lhe judicial system of |
the state with special reference to
Jurisdiction in cases involving juve-
