closing time Tuesday but other prin-
cipal commodity markets will only
trade a half day and close at noon
The Chicago board of trade will
Auspend dealings at noon, central
time and other principal grain ex-
changes will do likewise.
Both New York and New Orleans
cotton exchanges will ring the final
going at noon, eastern standard time.
Other New York commodities follow-
ing suit include wool, coffee, cocoa,
produce, hides and cottonseed oil.
Canadian grain and securities mar-
kets will close at noon Tuesday, with
the Winnipeg grain exchange extend-
ing their holiday through Thursday

The London stock market is closed
Tuesday and will not reopen until Fri-
day. December 27.
