Chance for a last minute reprieve is almost nil. Capital punishment will precipitate a vigorous debate in social or legislative circles any time the question arises. The pros and cons of capital punishment have beer debated many times in legislative halls. Few if any lawmakers are willing to author a bill banning the death penalty in Oklahoma. A number of other states have passed such legislation. (photo tag: This electric chair has taken 79 lives.)"
