erans at Convention hall, this even-

in number. Many are originals, an-
notated by Bolshevtkl officials. The
balance of the others are photo-
graphs of originals, showing anno-
tations. And they corroborate a
third set of typewritten circulars
(see appendix later) of which only
two originals are possessed but all
of which fit perfectly Into the whole
pattern of German intrigue and
Germtan guilt.

of a report made to the Bolshevik!
leaders by two of their assistant*,
informing them that in accordance
with their instructions, there had
