pain and blood loss. Hall con-
tinued with his medic duties,

the wounded. And Hall

painkillers, believing ihai

himself needed the medica-
tion.
F.ven before Hall lost his
lower legs. I’ndeiwood said,
he sustained fragment
wounds in his arm and side,
hut he continued helping
wounded soldiers the

raining down all this time
After Hall took the mortar
hit. Underwood said he tiH»k
