ing from A-1 Agriculture District and RMH-2 Multiple Family Manufactured Home District to be rezoned to I-1 Industrial
Restricted Manufacturing and Warehousing District on properly located at 8030 S. 78th W. Ave. Tulsa. OK 74066 This is
a 58.34 acre tract stated Craig Southern. County Planner spoke to the Board about this request does not meet the 2030 future
land use plan, spoke of the platting process, and other restrictions and recommendations on this rezoning Commissioner
Stephens and Stewart along with Chris Hammond. Jena Lane. Guy Berry and others that names were no stated had con-
cerns with the unknown of what this Industrial District & Warehousing was going to be. look like, and mostly where is the
funding going to come from. Traffic Count and Engineer study for the road is the first thing that we need to see before any
rczoning is going to be approved. Stewart slated the County does not have the funds for the traffic count or the road
Stephens questioned vagueness of the plat presented, elevation, and the one road being the only access for many residents
and the applicant wants a change in zoning with no clear direction. This would affect about 33 houses plus the residents in
the Rolling Hill Mobile Home Park that would have 60 days to vacate the area The residents and Commissioners would
like to see the traffic study & engineering study for road before rezomng is approved Mr Tony Lonbardi Real Estate
Broker working with Marty Rivers spoke to the Board and residents and staled they arc a willing party to work with every-
one and stated they will have more meeting with residents to hear their concerns. A motion was made by Stewart and sec-
