Education and the University

involves summer workshops,
weekend seminars and a
vocational-technical center

Revival services begin at
7:30 p.m. Sunday at the F*en-
tecostal Holiness church of

Services will be held nightly
at 7:30 through July 27

Officers Halfway To Goal
The Oklahoma Reserve law
Officers Association has raised
about $1,000 of the $2,400
needed to purchase training
films, according to Norman
Long, Creek County un-
dersheriff and a member of the
association's board of direc-
tors.
The group is soliciting
donations to purchase a dozen
films dealing with law en-
forcement training and
community relations for use by
the organization to improve
performance of various
reserve officers across the
state
The films deal with crime
prevention, drug abuse,
vandalism, defensive (fc’ivirqt,
defensive tactics, report
writing, arrest techniques and
traffic accident investigations
l-ong said the Oklahoma
Reserve Law Officers
Association had been in
operation only five months but
has members in 42 counties
Donors from the Sapulpa
