and recessed meeting for the
month of April, 1972, and ap-

R2314 for Commissioner’s

At a regular meeting of the

1977, the above named plaintiff tiled a
petition in the District Court of Creek
County, State ot Oklahoma against
said defendants and others alleging
that James G. Barbee is the owner
and in actual possession of the
following described real estate, to
wit
Lot Five (S), Block Eighteen (II),
FIFE PLACE ADDITION, an
addition to the City of Sapulpa.
Creek County, State of Oklahoma,
and that the defendants are claiming
some right, title, lien, estate, en
cumbrance, or interest in and to said
property adverse to the plaintiff's,
and wherein plaintiff seeks a decree
of the Court adjudicating the title of
plaintiff in the said property to be
valid and perfect, and further ad
iudicating defendants to have no
right, title, lien, estate, en
cumbrance, or interest, either in law
or in equity, in the said property, and
quieting and confirming plaintiffs
title against all claims and demands
of the defendants
