TUESDAY AT THE COUNTRY
HOME OF DR. AND MRS. C.
A. DENISON,
The McCurtain County Medical As-
sociation met Tuesday at the country
home of Dr. and Mrs. C. A. Denison,
near Shawneetown, where a nice bar-
becue dinner was served the Associa-
tion. There were some 20 or more
doctors present and the report is they
enjoyed the hospitality of Dr. and
Mrs. Denison very much. There were
present several out of county promi-
nent physicians. It was our pleasure
to be there at the supper hour and
we must say we never saw a nicer
spread of nice eats before. This home
is becoming quite a pleasure resort
for the friends of Dr. Denison and his
wife.
The following physicians were ir.
attendance:
Drs. Barker, Sherrill, Wistlom and
McDonald, of Broken Bow; Dr. Huck-
jabay, of Valliant; Drs. Kelleam and
Ben Denison, of Garvin; Drs. L B.
McCuiition and Hammonds', of Paris,
Texas; Drs. J. T. Moreland, W. A.
Moreland, R. D. Williams, W. B. Mc-
Caskill, C. A. Denison, A. S Gray-
don and Bayliss, of Idabel.
Dr. McCuistion of Paris addresser!
the meeting and made a nico talk
I which was enjoyed by the entire med-
jical fraternity present. An impor-
j tant paper was read by Dr. Bayliss,
of Idabel. Others whose names we
failed to get, made talks and several
good papers were read. All those
present left highly elated over the
j nice time and a vote of thanks to Dr.
j and Mrs. Denison was extended.
