kogee, industrial agent of the Mid-
land Valley Railroad company, was
in town Tuesday and made State
Sentinel a pleasant call.
The contractors are making rapid
progress on the new addition to the
First National Bank building, which
■will be occupied by the postoffice
and the Haskell County Abstract
company when completed.

COURT RULING
' Last Friday a ruling was made
by the County Court that all guard-
ians will be required to file all their
annual and final reports and all peti-
tions for the ,sale of real estate, I?,
duplicate, and all petitions for ap-
pointment of guardians, where the
minor is an orphan, will also be re-
quired to be made in duplicate, other-
wise none of these documents will be
received, filed or considered by the
court.

Leo Fel ner, a young man who
lives near Kinta, was brought over
Tuesday by Deputy Sheriff Jones on
account of insanity. The young man
was adjudged insane by the insanity
board and was taken to Norman
Wednesday by Sheriff Gilstrap and
Deputy Sheriff Jones.
