is in operation, render service
to any citizen whose premises
are within one hundred and
fifty feet of any main or line
then in operation.
Section 6. During the term
of the franchise, the grantee
shall furnish to said city and
maintain the electric lights of
two hundred Watt power each,
at such places in said city as
may be designated by the city I
council. Said lights be not run
later than eleven o’clock regular
