THE INVESTORS' BUILDING AND LOAN ASSO-
CIATION is an association of savers and borrowers es-
tablished for the benefit of both. It gathers the savings
of the people, which scattered, and in small amounts
could not be invested to advantage and loans this
money, on FIRST MORTGAGE SECURITY to the
people who want to buy or build homes for themselves.
These loans are repaid in small monthly payments,
being reduced at the rate of one per cent each month.
The investor and the borrower are stock-holders. The
investor receives earnings at stated periods or in a lump
sum when his stock matures. The borrower receives
his money in a lump sum at the beginning and by his
monthly payments of dues and interest repays his loan
by maturing his stock. In the past three years we have
paid to the investors over S-10,000.00 as interest on
money invested, and this money lias helped 250 people
become home owners in F1 Reno. Any information
desired will be gladly furnished by L. ti. Normandin,
Secretaj-y.
