An ordinance making it a mis-
demeanor for any person, firm or cor-
poration to purchase or offer for sale
any railroad ticket sold by any rail-
road company and known as a non-
transferable ticket amt providing pen-
alty for violation of same.
He it ordained by the mayor and
uouncilmen of the city of El Reno,
Okla.:
Section 1—it shall be unlawful fur
any person or corporation within the
city of El Kmn to sell or purchase,
either as principal or agent any rail
way ticket or con Hart for passage ou
any railway line which ou its face
purports to he non transferable by
reason of having been sold at a re-
duced rale of f,re. with iutent to have
he same used by any p reon other
dian the original purchaser thereof
is a means of procuring passage on a

Section 2—Any person or enrpor j
ati ,n convicted of a violation of this
