FALLS INTO A
DELP CELLAR
(From Friday's Daily Arrow).
Lodie, the 5 year old son of Mr.
and Mrs. C. C. Eastep, suffered a
painful accident, about noon today,
by falling into the basertient of their
new home, on West Morgan street.
The little fellow was playing In
one of the rooms of the first floor
when, in some manner, he fell head
first down an opening left for the
stairway.
He fell a distance of nine feet on
a cement floor below and when
picked up by workmen employed on
the construction, was unconscious
Dr. Allison was called and after
an examination, said no bones were
broken, but that he was severely
bruised, especially about the head,
where one large bump was in evi-
dence. The little fellow has been
very sick since the accident and
has been vomiting considerably.
The extent of internal injuries,
if any, will not be known for several
days.
Escapes nil awful fate.
A thousand tongues could not ex-
press the gratitude of Mrs. J. E.
Cox, of Joliet, 111., for her wonder
ful delivery from an awful fate.
Typhoid-pneumonia had left me
with a dreadful cough," she writes.
"Sometimes 1 had such awful cough-
ing spells I thought I would die.
I could get no relief from doctor's
treatments or other medicines till 1
used Dr. King's New Discovery. But
I owe my life tothis wonderful rem-
edy for 1 scarcely cough at all now."
Quick and safe, its the most reliabl
of all throat and lung medicines.
