Making it one of tho busiest weeks for the 'Cashier and
Salespeople since the great bargain attraction was inau-
gurated March 1st. Familiar faces and dozens of new
appreciative patrons were to be found dally in my store
using their good judgment and spending their good money
knowing that more than value received was obtained with
every purchase.
The only drawback to the most successful week of my
Sale was the absence of many staple articles that had be-
come exhausted and the only disappointed ones were
those who came for some special particular article desired
at Fire Sale price. The goods most frequently called for
were Ladies' Misses' and Children's Slippers and Shoes.
We now have them.
No department was more liberally patronized and
went down faster than the Towel Table Linen and White
Goods counters including the quick selling values in-

Lawns and India Linens.

For Ladies' Misses' and Children's Trimmed
Hats was countermanded nndj ordered "don't
ship" several weeks ago. They are hero how-
ever aud I own them at my own price too.
They aro stylishly trimmed and fine goods too
flue to bo shown in my present smoked and
smutty surroundiug. Ladies you will find
nothing to criticiso or object to in this line of
Millinery but tho ridiculously low prices asked
for them. They must be sold this week.

was to "Please find my size." Toward the end
