At an Informal meeting; of & few
Democrat In the city of Guthrie on
the 6th day of March 1901 it wag the
coneennua of opinion that the forma-
tion of a Democratic club composed
of active Democrats from all parts of
the territory with permanent head-
quarters and open club room at some
central point would be of material
assistance In the upbuilding of tits
Democratic party of the territory-.
A temporary organisation waa ef-
fected and a committee appointed to
devise some plan of organisation.
That committee agreed that with an
annual membership fee of ten dollars
such a club organisation could be per
fected and permanent club rooms
maintained and rommehded that a
meeting of the Deliberate of the ter-J
rltory be called for that purpose.
Now therefore In compliance with
the recommendation of the commit-
tee a meeting of all the Democrats of
the territory who feel Interested In
the perfection of such an organisation
la hereby called to be held at Okla

Oklahoma Territory to the amount
of thirty-five thousand dollars ($36-
000. 00) said bonds to run not to ex-
ceed twenty years from their date
with interest thereon at a rate not
to exceed ten per cent per annum pay-

bonds to lie sold for not less than
their par value and the proceeds
thereof when sold to be used In the
erection of additional school build-
ings and purchasing ground for the

the City Hall of said city on the 2nd

city for the purpose of submitting the
above and foregoing propositions to
the qualified electors of said city as
