guilty. Ho asked for a change of
venue. Judge Foster transferred his
case to Justice of tbo Peace Price
Henry Morgan U the 20 year old
farmer who is charged with raping the
11 year old daughter of Mr V M. En-
gart six miles cast of Guthrie. If
convicted for tho crime as charged
Morgan's sentenco could be as pro-
vided by tho Btatute ten years the
minimum or more in tho discretion

Taylor Kirk aged 34 shot and killed
his widowed sister Ida Yarborough
