was decided to work for a thorough
organization of every county ami
township in the territory during tho
coming year the matter for the ar-
ranging ior and culling conventions to
be In the hands of the secretary who
with other association workers will
aim to attend every county convention
and assist in tho organizing and ar-
ranging for the carrying on of the
county work.

movement was endorsed and arrange-
ments made for the issuing of diplo-
mas to all who take up and finish the
normal courso.of Illblo study. House
to house visitation work and graded
Sunday schools will be urged every-
where and every effort made to bettor
the Sunday schools already organized
and organize new ones until thoru is
not a school district In the territory
without a Sunday school.

A lighter load of cnall shells from
Mr. Curtis of Eustls was received yes-
terday by the city engineer nnd will
be used to pave a portion of Mnln
street on top of tho Alachua rock pave-
ment as an experiment. The shells
were presented to tho city by Mr. Cur-
tis. If this thing keeps on tho entire
Alachua rock pavement will soon bo
covered with different samples of pav-
ing material at no cost to the city.
The shells from Eustls are snail shells
and are said to tnako an excellent
driveway.
