sor in Judge T. P. .Moore's court
charging assault and battery. This
morning the defendant appeared be-
fore Judge Moore and expressed n de-
sire of pleading gdilty. However.
Judge Moore continued the case until
tomorrow at 1(1 o'clock stating at the
tjme the continuance was ordered that
he wished to have the complaining
witness appear In court and tell bur
story of the trouble.
