machine with funnels through which
the flour water and yeast may flow
according to the wish of the baker.
The loaves are also out and rolled by
machinery the whole baking being
done without a hand touching the
bread until It comes from the oten
and It placed on the cooling racks.
An electric dough divider 1 used
for cutting rolls. The dough la
thrown on an Iron plate and a cutter
dropa separating it into pieces of the
alise required for each rolL These
are quickly transferred to a paa and

The eggs used in cooking are beat-
en by electricity and tho silver used

Dishes are washed by placing them
in a wire rack and touching a lever
which causes the rack to sink into

The sterililing machine is an elec
tric apparatus and with Its aid ISO
gallons of milk are sterilized every
laorniug. The milk is poured into a
large can and heated to ISO degrees
which kids the bacteria and iu less
than three-fourths of a minuto it is
