of murder in the first degree for kill-
ins Kuth Wheeler the 15-year-old
girl.

ORDINANCE NO. 425.
An ordinance governing the keeping
opeu of meat markets in the city or
Chickasha Crady county Oklahoma.
Be it ordained by the mayor and
couiicilmen of the city of Chickasha.
Oklahoma:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful lot-
any person firm or corporation to l eeii
open sell or offer for sale at any niea'
market or oilier place of huskies or
uiKin any street or In any residence in
thin city on Sunday any meats meat
products or any merchandise handled
in a meat market or butcher shop.
Section 2. All meat markets or
places where meats are sold shall li
closed at or by Hie hour of midnight
every. Saturday night and the same
shall be kept closed and no meats shall
be sold at any such phce or any place
whatever in this dty between tUo
hours of 12 o'clock midnight on Satur-
day nights until the hour of midnight
Sunday nights.

parts or ordinances in conflict her-
