under lndictmont on various counts
charging bribery and perjury In con-
nection with the passago of moasures
granting valuablo franchises to public
corporations nre or havo boon under

Those who aro still at largo are:
Delegato Charles P. Kolly and former
lolegates Erallo Hartman Louis Deck.
or John A. Sheridan all resting under
two charges of bribery and one of
perjury; former delegate Julius Ieh-
mann charged on two counts with
bribery and already under dentoncc ot
two years in the penitentiary for per-
jury . and former delegate Adolph
Madera charged on Iwo counts with
bribery and onp of perjury?" The last
nomod is supposed to havo been lo-
cated In Colorado but the authorltcs
will not say whore. It Is commonly
reported that a member of the local
dotectlvo forco has been sent to that
tato to bring Madera to St. Louis.
Former Delegate William M. Tamb-
leyn who was arrested yesterday in
Cleveland is expected to reach here
some timo today in custody of an
"officer from that city.
It was learned today that Sheridan
who lived at the Hurst hotel was
