London Aujf 22 -The great of-
fensive in the Balkans is in full
swing today with the Russians
and Italians continuing to land at
Saloniki to aid the Entente and
Rumania reported about ready to
enter the war on the side of the
allies.
Dispatches that passed the cen-
sor today inclcates that Rumania
has comnleted mobilization.
A Bucharest dispatch to Buda-
pest says thaere is no doubt that
the premier has reached an under-
standing with Entente powers so
that further negotiations will be
unnecessary for the actual participation.
