The Herald is growing faster
than any other paper in Blaine
county, when the present own-
ers took charge of the paper a
few months ago, it boasted of
live hundred subscribers. To-
day the circulation of The Her-
ald is 1000 and new names^are
being added to the list daily.
There is a reason.
The Herald prints more coun-
ty news than any *ther paper.
It prints its news in a nice read-
I able manner. Although apoliti-
cal paper, it does not print five
or six columns of political edi-
torials every week as does the
Hepublican. The II raid will
continue to print the news. Thf
Herald will continue to add new
subscribers, to i.
If you like tile Herald tell your
neighbor about it. We want
1500 subscribers by June t and
our friends can help us get them
by saying a good word in our be-
half occassionaily.
Our county news service is
getting better every week. With-
in a few weeks we expect to have
a live correspondent in every
town in the county.

Mr long is president of the Liuis-

Long Hell lumber company.
While he is riding in this macnitlcent
palece on wheels, the fanners of this
county nnd the residents of this city are
digging up the cold cash and paying ex-
tortionate prices for every stick of lum-
ber they have to have. They arc the
peoplo who help to pay for Mr. Long’s
luxury, and fur similar thiogs for other
plutocrats.
Ye gods and little fishes! The
next thing we know M. ft. Scho-
