Mollie llathcock died Tuesday
morning at the home of her parents
Mr. and Mrs. llathcock, who live
nine miles southwest of Tccumseh
on Little River. She was 14 years
old, been sick only about five days
and death resulted from yellow
jaundice. Her remains was laid
to rest Wednesday afternoon in
the Mission Cemetery North of
Tecu nisei).
Shea it Cronin the hardware and
furniture dealers of Tecumseh
have ju t recieved two car load’s of
chairs, from one of the largest co-
operative chair factories in the
east. This means a great deal
to the people who trade in Tecu ni-
sei). It means a sayeing of one
dollar on a set of chairs, for Shea
ifc Cronin announce that they will
he able to sell them for one dollar
per set less than they have sold
them heretofore.
Miss McCune who for the past
year has been instructor in voice
in the University of Oklahoma is
in Tecumseh for the summer, and
will organize a chorus class next
Monday night at 8 o’clock in the
Congregational church. This is
an opportunity that none of the
young people in Tecumseh can
afford to lose. Let us have a large
enthusiastic chorus class that can
furnish good music on any occa-
sion. Sight reading, tone placoing
and first dans songs will be taught.
Terms, $2.00 per term of ten
week’s, payable in advance.

for the windows and doors ect. for

and protection and threatens to
move the post office out in almost
any old place unless the county
will fix the present room according
to his orders. The Commissioners
say that the*locks are in good re-

there the matter hangs. No one
will deny that the post pffice is
