every energy toward conserving he food supply. ^Vaste in all its forms must be eliminated as far
as possible. Only the most approved methods of bJJIiiflyiss will be applied and it has long been
an established fact that the credit business is a wastHli#System. It entails a lot of book-keep-
ing and a loss from bad accounts is inevitable.
