Pat Murphy was in Anadarko
Wednesday.
The Rock Island west hound train
was reported 20 minutes late Tuesday
evening and came in 37 minutes behind
time. The east bound Wednesday
morning was 15 minutes late.
The old Rock Island station will be
moved Wednesday. It has required
several days to land the old hull on flat
cars.
J. D. Bryan of Lone Wolf, was in the
city Wednesday, marketing wheat. He
has just finished threshing 2,500 bush-
els. Mr. Bryan also renewed his sub-
scription to the Republican another
year.
Rev. Curtis, Pastor of the First Christ-
ian church, went to Snyder and Lawton
Wednesday. The Fifth district of
Christian churches will secure a large
tent and open a series of meetings in
Komalty, commencing the third week in
this month.
