was plaintiff and William A. Bleakley
and Mare E. Bleaklev were defendants
directed to me, the undersigned sheriff
of Cimarron County, Oklahoma, com-
manding me to levy upon and sell, with
out appraisement, the following describ
ed real estate, situated in the County of
Cimarron and State of Oklahoma, to wi}

twenty eight in Town ship one North of
Range three East of the Cimarron Mer-
idian Oklahoma; to satisfy a judgement
and decree of foreclosure in favor of
said plaintiff and against said defend-
ants, obtained and made in said court
on the sixth, day of June, 1921, for the
sum of $188.75, with interest thereon
from the ninth day of June, 1921, atthe
rate of 10 per cent per annnm, and the
sum of $5000 attorney's fee and cost of
said action taxed at $11.30 Mid cost ac-
cruing: I will on the sixth day of Febru-
ary, 1922, at the hour of ten o'clock in
the forenoon of said day, at the front
door of the court house in the city of
Boise City, in Said Cimarron County,
