Prospects are good for a bank
here
Let's get together and arrange for
I a surveyor to plat our town
f
I - This year promises to be a fine one
j for fruit’' All danger has passed -
f
Antlers is forging to t he front
every day After our town has been
laid out we may expect to see it grow
A five thousand dollar hotel and
eating house is a valuable acqnisition
to Antlers Now let some enterpris-
ing man put in a block of bricks
Judge Clayton is making ns a
splendid judge -It is the gang and
negro juries that follow his adminis-
tration is our serious objection
The republicans have been trying
to bay some of the democrats in the
eastern part of the nation with a thir-
ty day job as census enumerators
But their work was too coarse '
The trusts have already subscribed
six and one half million dollars to
the republican campaign fund It is
nothing but natural for the trusts to
help the party that helps them The
trusts owu the republican party lock
stock and barrel
It would be a good plan for our
citizens to bold a meeting at ones in
order that we may arrange some way
ty which we can have bur town plat-?
ted and secure an early appraisement
of our town By an early action we
might be able to be the first town on
the Frsseo to be appraised
With all the class legislation pass-
ed by a republican congress in which
millions of dollars have beer drawn
frora the daily earnings of fhe poor
and added to the trusts and combines
tlie democrats should be able to have t
a walk-over The 3ght is - drifting
where it will be labor against trusts
Antlers should incorporate It
need not cost the town but very lit-
tle to enjoy the privileges of u city
The alderman would serve the city
free and the marshal and mayor
would serve on fees So let’s get a
move on ourse'Ves and Incorporate
Much is t lie gained and nothing to
be lost by being Incorporated

interests of democracy may require
It is earnestly desired that- every
communily in the Indian Territory
ahull be represented in' this conven-
tion 'file prospect for democratic
success is very bright and every
democrat should dn all in his power
to contribute to this end
It is highly important that a dem-
ocratic club should be organized at
every postottice in the Iudiun Territo-
ry Let democrats -in each commu-
nity see that this isdoue By appli-
cation to any membei of the execu-
tive committee or to the undersign-
ed a copy of the rules adopted by the
executive committee for the organi-
zation or clubs Hid governing repre-
sentation in the Territorial Conven-
tion will be furnished
