held at the home of Mrs John Harrison

horse shod
“I’nx too busy’ complained the
blacksmith “Hardly have time to
go to the vintage to vote “Very
busy myself” said the farmer “I’ll
tell you what we'll do as you are a
democrat and I a republican we’ll
pair off Just as they do in Congrers
and neither of us vote what do you
say?”
The blacksmith agreed after the
election It was found that the black-
smith had paired off with ever repub-
lican customer who had come Into
the shop
