As it is impossible for me to
see all of my friends and sup-

to have been in regard to the
management of the Indian’s es-
tates and this is yet the hard1
est problem with which I ' have
to contend In my effort to pro-
tect the Indian from the hands
of the grafter and to assist
them in the better management
of his estate my enemies have
taken advantage of the matter
in such a way as to misrepresent
my intention and purpose and
the result is that my efforts - a
long this line seem to have been

law strictly as my guide letting
the chips fall where they may
I shall require guardians to
make good and sufficient bonds
and then they may handle their
money as they see fit I want
to see every farmer in McCurtam
County get a home before my
term of office expires I want
to see the country grow and
prosper I want to see the peo-
ple get what they want but I
want to see them get it according
to law

be their County Judge I shall
serve the people fairly and im-
